Esan Community Celebrates DCP Ejededawe’s Visionary Leadership as Mobile Police Barracks Arrives

The security architecture of Edo Central Senatorial District has receive a major boost as DCP Patrick Ejededawe’s initiative to attract a mobile police barracks, christened Squadron 82 has been birthed.

Mr. Macaulay Eniribhogo, in his congratulatory message to DCP Ejededawe and the good people of Esanland on this achievement, highlighted the positive impact it will have on the region’s security.

Mr. Eniribhogo praised DCP Ejededawe’s selfless efforts in helping the Esan community, particularly in addressing the recent security challenges. He commended the police officer’s dedication to enhancing the security infrastructure in the area, noting that Squadron 82 will play a crucial role in curbing the menace of insecurity.

He also expressed gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for approving the initiative, Governor Sen Monday Okpebholo for supporting the project and the Inspector General of Police for granting the request. He further thanked Hon. Prince Odi Okojie for donating a brand new Hilux van to the Commanding Officer, demonstrating his commitment to the project’s success.

Mr. Eniribhogo urged the people of Esanland to support the men deployed to the mobile base and to jealously guard the infrastructure. He emphasized the importance of community-police collaboration in maintaining peace and security in the area.

Other notable contributors to the project’s success include: Mr. Jerry Anegbe, who provided crucial financial support to facilitate key stakeholder engagements and project activities, Prince Saturday Iyoha, whose diplomatic efforts helped build strategic partnerships and alliances in support of the project, Mr. Kelvin Eniribhogo, who played a key role in coordinating logistics and operations, ensuring the smooth execution of project activities, Hon. Joe Ikpea, whose generous financial support significantly contributed to the project’s success, Arch. Monday Ohue, whose technical expertise and advice were instrumental in shaping the project’s infrastructure and operational framework, Chief Collins Agbonkhese, who leveraged his vast network and influence to mobilize additional support and resources for the project, Chief Clement Esenamhen, whose diligent work in documentation and reporting helped track progress and identify areas for improvement and other Esan sons and daughters too numerous to mention.

The collective efforts of these individuals, along with DCP Ejededawe’s visionary leadership, have culminated in a landmark achievement that will benefit the people of Esanland for generations to come.
