Ibok-Ete Ibas, CFR, the Sole Administrator of the state, has approved the appointment of 11 distinguished individuals as Permanent Secretaries. According to a statement by Dr. Mrs. Inyingi S. Brown, the Acting Head of Service in Rivers State, the appointments have been approved by the Sole Administrator and are expected to bring their wealth of experience and expertise to their new roles. The newly appointed Permanent Secretaries will be sworn in by His Excellency, the Administrator of Rivers State, on a date to be announced.
