The Edo State Commissioner for Information and Communication, Hon. Paul Ohonbamu, has assured that resources allocated to projects and programs by the Governor Monday Okpebholo administration will be deployed judiciously for the benefit of the state’s citizens.
Hon. Ohonbamu stated that Governor Okpebholo is committed to ensuring that projects initiated by the government are completed and provide immense benefits to the people. He highlighted the administration’s transformative blueprint, Project SHINE, which focuses on Security, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Natural Resources, Food Sufficiency, and Education.
The Commissioner criticized the previous administration, led by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), for allegedly failing to provide sustainable solutions to the state’s flooding problems despite claiming to have spent huge sums of money. He emphasized that the Okpebholo administration will deploy resources effectively to address these challenges.
Hon. Ohonbamu urged the people of Edo State to be patient and ignore the criticisms from the PDP, praising Governor Okpebholo for his commitment to deploying the state’s resources judiciously for the good of the society.
