The Director General, Directorate of Education Quality and Accountability (DEQA), Dr. Amen Ogbemudia, has warmly congratulated Madam Betty Okoebor on her well deserved re-election as the All Progressives Congress (APC) Woman Leader, Edo State Chapter.
Dr. Ogbemudia described Madam Okoebor’s emergence as a clear affirmation to her unwavering dedication, resilience, and outstanding contributions to the growth and stability of the party in Edo State. According to her, her leadership over the years has been marked by inclusiveness, strategic mobilization, and an uncommon passion for empowering women within the political space.
She eulogized her as a courageous and dependable pillar of the party whose commitment to grassroots engagement and women’s participation has continued to strengthen the APC’s structures across the state. She expressed confidence that her renewed mandate would further consolidate unity, inspire greater female participation, and reposition the women’s wing for even greater achievements.
Dr. Ogbemudia also extended her appreciation to His Excellency, Governor Monday Okpebholo, for his exemplary leadership and statesmanship in ensuring that the APC Congress in Edo State was conducted in a calm, orderly, and peaceful atmosphere. She noted that the governor’s firm commitment to internal democracy, fairness, and unity played a pivotal role in fostering harmony throughout the exercise.
The DG reaffirmed his support for the party’s leadership and expressed optimism that under the governor’s guidance and with dedicated leaders like Madam Okoebor, the APC in Edo State will continue to grow stronger and more united in its service to the people.
