The Management of the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) has extended warm felicitations to His Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’Edo Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Ewuare II, on the occasion of his birthday and 9th coronation anniversary.
In a goodwill message signed by the Chief Medical Director, Prof. Idia N. Ize-Iyamu, the hospital described the revered monarch as “a beacon of peace, wisdom, and cultural renaissance whose reign continues to promote unity, progress, and the preservation of Edo heritage.”
Prof. Ize-Iyamu, on behalf of the management and staff of UBTH, prayed for God’s continued grace, good health, and long life for His Royal Majesty. She also commended the Oba for his exemplary leadership, benevolence, and unwavering commitment to the growth and stability of the Benin Kingdom.
The statement further reaffirmed UBTH’s respect and support for the Royal Palace in its shared vision of enhancing the health and well-being of the people of Edo State.
