It was an atmosphere of joy, gratitude, and deep spiritual reflection as Engr. Abraham Osezuah and his beloved wife, Mrs. Philomena Osezuah, marked 25 remarkable years of marital bliss, celebrating what many described as a powerful testament to God’s enduring faithfulness.
The memorable celebration, held on Sunday, April 19, 2026, drew an impressive gathering of distinguished guests, family members, friends, and well-wishers truly a convergence of “who is who” from within and beyond the Federal Capital Territory.
A defining highlight of the occasion was the presentation of a special Apostolic Blessing from His Holiness, Pope Leo XIV, to the couple. The deeply symbolic message, issued from the Vatican and signed by Cardinal Konrad Krajewski, invoked abundant divine graces upon the celebrants through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The moment was both solemn and uplifting, as Engr. and Mrs. Osezuah renewed their marital vows in a touching reaffirmation of their lifelong commitment.
The thanksgiving Mass, held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Wuse, Abuja, was reverently officiated by Rev. Father Kale Francis, alongside other priests. The sacred ceremony was marked by heartfelt prayers, hymns, and reflections, setting a tone of gratitude and reverence for the milestone being celebrated.
The event witnessed the presence of several notable groups and associations, including the Uromi Community Association (Abuja Branch), residents of Royal Anchor Estate led by General Tanko Pani, and members of the Knights of Saint Mulumba, Central District Subordinate Council, Abuja, led by the Worthy Grand Knight. Friends and family from across the country and beyond also turned out in large numbers to honor the couple.
The celebration continued in grand style at the prestigious Bolton White Hotel Event Centre, Wuse Zone 7, Abuja. The expansive 1,000 seater hall was filled to capacity, radiating elegance and festivity. Guests were treated to a rich array of sumptuous meals and assorted drinks, creating a lively and convivial atmosphere befitting the joyous occasion.
Indeed, the silver jubilee celebration of Engr. Abraham and Mrs. Philomena Osezuah was more than an anniversary, it was a heartfelt expression of love, faith, and enduring partnership, leaving lasting memories in the hearts of all who attended.
