As Nigeria celebrates the 2025 National Children’s Day, Hon. Barr Vincent Akhere, Special Adviser on Education to the Edo State Governor, extends warm felicitations to the nation’s children. In a heartfelt message, he emphasizes the significance of investing in the welfare and development of children, highlighting their crucial role in shaping the country’s future.
Hon. Akhere underscores the importance of providing children with a solid foundation for growth and development. He noted that every parent and guardian sees boundless potential and hope in their children, and that children are indeed the building blocks of the nation.
The Special Adviser emphasized that the direction and possibility of a nation’s growth can be measured by the importance it places on the welfare of its children. He stressed that investing in children’s education, healthcare, and equal rights is fundamental to protecting their rights and unlocking their full potential.
