Bro. Abraham Osezuah, a Past Sub-Council Warden of the Central District Sub-Council of the Knights of St. Mulumba (KSM) Nigeria, has been honoured with the prestigious KSM Endowment Silver Medal in recognition of his outstanding commitment, dedication and selfless service to the Order.
The honour was conferred during the Knights of St. Mulumba Nigeria Founder’s Day celebration held in Abuja, where members from across the country gathered to celebrate the enduring legacy of the Order’s founder and reaffirm their commitment to the ideals of faith, charity, unity and service.
Bro. Osezuah was among six distinguished members recognised for their exceptional contributions to the growth and advancement of the Order. Other recipients of the Endowment Silver Medal were Bro. Anthony Amadi (DGK), Sir Josephat Abaagu (Past Metro Advocate), Sir Paul Ihensekhien (GK), Bro. Arinze Chukwuemengo, and Bro. Bernard Yisa (Past Sub-Council Auditor).
Organisers disclosed that Bro. Bernard Yisa was unavoidably absent during the ceremony and will receive his medal at the next meeting of the Central District Sub-Council.
Speaking during the presentation, the Worthy Grand Knight (WGK) of the Central District Sub-Council, Sir Paul Ihensekhien, congratulated the award recipients and commended their unwavering commitment to the mission and ideals of the Knights of St. Mulumba Nigeria.
He noted that the Endowment Silver Medal is reserved for members who have demonstrated exemplary service, dedication and loyalty to the Order over the years.
According to him, the recognition is not only an appreciation of past contributions but also an encouragement for members to remain committed to promoting the principles of faith, discipline, charity and selfless service.
“The Endowment Silver Medal is a recognition of dedicated service and a call for members to continue contributing meaningfully to the growth of the Order and the advancement of the Catholic faith,” he said.
The Founder’s Day celebration featured activities reflecting on the vision, values and enduring legacy of the founder of the Knights of St. Mulumba Nigeria, while urging members to continue supporting the Church and society through acts of charity, leadership and service.
The recognition of Bro. Abraham Osezuah further underscores his invaluable contributions to the Central District Sub-Council and his steadfast commitment to the ideals of the Knights of St. Mulumba Nigeria.
