The entire members and staff of the Edo State House of Assembly Service Commission have extended their warmest congratulations to Sen. Monday Okpebholo on his resounding victory at the Edo State Election Tribunal. This milestone reaffirms the judiciary’s role as the last hope of the common man and validates the electoral victory given to him by the people of Edo State.
In a statement signed by the chairman Hon (Sir)MD Igbas Ezehi, the commission expressed its confidence in Sen. Okpebholo’s vision to transform Edo State into a modern city through the project SHINE. This initiative is expected to bring about unprecedented growth and development to the state, improving the lives of its citizens.
Sen. Okpebholo’s victory has been hailed as a testament to his dedication to the people of Edo State. The commission believes that this triumph will inspire him to continue working tirelessly for the betterment of the state and its inhabitants.
This congratulatory message comes on the heels of Sen. Okpebholo’s election as the governor of Edo State, where he emerged victorious with 291,667 votes, defeating his closest rival, Asue Ighodalo of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who polled 247,274 votes.
